The Basics of what we will handle for you on a monthly basis.

  • Monthly Data Entry of all of your bank and credit card accounts.

  • Monthly bank and credit card reconciliation.

  • There will undoubtably be questions we have each month and those will be sent to you for review so that we can properly allocate that transactions where they belong.

  • We can handle sales tax filing for clients.

  • After all of the bookkeeping has been completed, we will send you a copy of your financial reports for your review. Please look them over and ask questions as we want you to understand what was reported and provide you with information necessary to operate your business.

  • We are here as a resource ongoing for any questions or concerns.
