How the process starts:

• We will do a complete and thorough review of your Quickbooks Online file. Making notes of any and all areas we need to work on.

• We will schedule a call with you to go over the notes and explain the steps we need to do to get your file up to date and accurate.

• We will send a list of all documents that we need to get the job done. Depending on how far back we are going and the issues we find, it may take some time to work through.

• Throughout the process we will accumulate questions and if needed a list of additional documents. When we get to a point in the project, we will send that list of questions for you to review and answer for us.

• Once we get all of the questions cleared up, books reconciled, issues solved and done a final review of the financial reports, we will schedule a screenshare with you to review the books in full, clear up any questions you may have and ensure we are not missing anything else.
